Strategic Planning Retreat Options

  • 1.5-Day Condensed Retreat (12 hours):  This retreat addresses critical areas of your organizational direction, strategies, and initiatives. This condensed retreat is great for nonprofits that already have an effective mission statement and core values but are looking for fresh vision and direction.  This is a very good option for lightly-staffed and volunteer-driven nonprofits that are looking to intentionally strengthen or revitalize.  Many organizations start this retreat on an evening (6PM - 9PM) and continue through the following day (8AM - 5PM). 
  • 2-Day Leadership Retreat (16 hours):  This 2-day retreat allows time for teams to develop or reboot mission statement and core values, among many other things.   This option is great for nonprofits and businesses with limited staff and the ability to call key volunteers to take some time off of work.  Organizations often choose this option as an off-site planning retreat.   
  • 3-Day Executive Retreat (24 hours):  This 3-day "full package" retreat facilitates a deeper dive into your business or nonprofit's recent history, patterns and trends, customer values, and opportunity assessments, not to mention the development of core strategies, a organizational dashboard, and immediately actionable initiatives.​
  • Virtual & Customized Retreats:  To serve organizations in various locations and circumstances, we are able to conduct any of our retreats via ZOOM video technology.  Should you and your team have some other option that fits best in your context, then let's discuss it and see if we can't make it work.
