Heartland Solutions was birthed out of a felt need...
|
From the beginNing
We have recognized many tensions being managed by churches and nonprofits. Whether these tensions come from the effects of urbanization, changes in the ag industry, disruptive innovations, or demographic shifts, no church or nonprofit desires to merely survive. You have a mission to fulfill and it is our passion to help you succeed! We often receive calls from organizations going through leadership transitions, looking for fresh direction, in need of training, coaching, or needing financial services. From the beginning, we have noticed that churches and nonprofits, across the American Heartland, often struggle due to a lack of organizational resourcing. Serving this need is why Heartland Solutions was born.
Where we are now
The past twenty-five years have granted a global array of church and nonprofit experiences that have taught us how to learn your organizational culture and to get your desired results. We have handled some of the most challenging church revitalization projects, as well as helped navigate nonprofits through hard leadership transitions. We are communicators who are able to connect with your people. Besides this, in South Dakota, we are one of only a few certified StratOp, and Auxano facilitators, a world-class strategic planning process for churches, nonprofits, and businesses. Though we enjoy serving in both urban and rural settings, our unique experiences have also made us especially well-equipped to serve rural and small-town churches and nonprofits.
